Returns & Refunds

We may offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

  • There is a verified issue caused by our error

To request help, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos if damage occurred.

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Burned or used candles

  • Opened wax melts

  • Opened car diffusers

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

At Kindred Wicks, each product is carefully created and packed with care. Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns on used items, custom products, or personalized orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Scent Preferences

Because fragrance is personal, we cannot offer refunds based on scent preference or expectations.

If you need help choosing a scent before ordering, we’re happy to help.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
