Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Custom favors, personalized products, and large orders may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help.
Local Pickup / Special Orders
If local pickup or special delivery is offered for an event or custom favor order, details will be arranged directly with the customer.
